In consideration of COVID-19 {Updated}
{Update Aug 25th, 2021} Throughout this pandemic, the safety of our clients and visitors to our listings has remained our top priority. Yesterday, a new provincial health order was announced that starting today, August 25th, people 12 and older are required to wear masks in indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status.
With the lifting of the mask mandate and this reinstatement, our policy has remained the same, visitors to our listings must wear masks when inside the premises at all times.
We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation, and may adjust our policies as information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
{Update July 1st, 2021} - BC's mask mandate is officially lifted at midnight tonight. Despite this, for the safety of our team and clients, we continue to require visitors to our listings to wear masks.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns about our protocols and what's involved in buying or selling during the pandemic, don't hesitate to contact us at 604-983-2518 or via the form below.
{Updated July 5th, 2021} Open Houses are permitted again. Learn more here.
{Updated November 10th, 2020}
Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry issued a two-week order for the Lower Mainland on Saturday that, among other things, restricts gatherings in homes. REALTORS® have been designated an essential service in this pandemic, and our guidance from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver is that Saturday’s order doesn’t impact our ability to meet with clients or conduct a showing of a home so long as we strictly follow the safety protocols established for our profession.
Our team remains committed to protecting the health and safety of our clients and those we interact with. Since the onset of the pandemic we have maintained strict showing protocols and will continue to do so to ensure we can meet our client's real estate needs.
If you would like to view one of our listings, we are limiting access to private showings, one group at a time, and require all parties to review and sign our 'Terms of Entry' prior to access (available below).
As always, if you have any questions or concerns about our protocols and what's involved in buying or selling during the pandemic, don't hesitate to contact us at 604-983-2518 or via the form below.
Stay safe.
