Sold listings on REALTOR.ca
Starting this week, REALTOR.ca has begun rolling out updates to provide more transparent information about listing statuses and selling prices.
These changes include:
- Pending and Closed statuses are now visible
- Sold listings are now searchable
- Sold listings will include both closed and pending sales
- Sale prices will be displayed 30 days after the closing date

“This change reflects a growing demand for transparency in real estate. Up to 72 per cent of buyers say transparency is a key part of their decision-making process. GVR is proud to be just the third, and largest, real estate board in Canada to make this move.
