Dinner on the Pier is back August 10th brining another memorable night to Lower Lonsdale. This year's event features food and drinks from a number of local businesses including The Jicery Co, Brown's Social House in Lower Lonsdale, The Best Salmon Ever, Two Rivers Meat, and Deep Cove Brewery.

Starter:
House smoked local wild sockeye salmon with dill cream cheese.

Salad:
Organic baby greens with local cucumbers, Alaskan scallops, Dungeness crab, tuna tataki, poached prawn, vine ripened tomatoes and citrus yoghurt swirl.

Main:
Grilled Filet Mignon and pan seared Alaskan Sablefish with local roasted vegetables, sautéed fingerling potatoes, salsa and Syrah demi-glace.

Desert:
Peach pannacotta, chocolate decadence cake, fruit tart with local berries and raspberry coulis.
