Green on Queensbury has received final approval after revisions to design and the completion of a land swap deal with the City of North Vancouver. With the approval, hopes are that the "Green Discovery Centre" - featuring a furnished two bedroom display home - will be open for private appointments this September.
Spanning the entire southside of the 700-block of East 3rd Street, Green will be built to LEED Gold standards and be the first fully parkside residential development in the area, bordering the soon to be updated Moodyville park to both the south and east, offering lots of privacy and quick access to trails and play areas. Comprised of three 4-storey buildings, the development will offer a variety of homes (apartments and townhouses) between 550-1,500 sq/ft.
