Mt Seymour/Gaspe Place | Townhome Proposal

Gaspe Project Limited Partnership has applied to develop 46 owned townhomes (including 10 lock-off suites) in eight three-storey buildings with parking for 71 vehicles (six for visitors) in an underground parkade.

The development is entering it's first stage of review, which includes public informtaion meetings and council considerations. In order to move forward, the site will require re-zoning, and will be required to meet certain standards relating to form/character and energy/water conservation.

The site is comprised of seven existing lots and an existing lane, including five lots currently occupied by single-family homes, and two vacant lots owned by DNV, which are part of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Northlands Golf Course is directly north of the site, single-family homes to the east, Mount Seymour Parkway and more single-family homes south, and a public trail and two three-storey townhomes to the west.
