{Update July, 2018}
Park West at Lions Gate Village flew through a majority of its inventory during its first round of sales for its North tower, with 80% of homes sold within the first two weeks. All one-bedroom homes sold, with select 2- and 3-bedroom homes remaining. Due to such high demand, the developer will be moving forward swiftly with sales of its second tower at the corner of Capilano and Marine Drive.
