26 new apartment listings on the market this week resulting in a small increase in North Vancouver inventory to 109 total units. Since January 1st there has been a total of 40 reported apartment sales, with only 13 selling for over asking price - in part due to a the nature of the first week in January as well as increased sellers expectations. That said, I certainly keep catching wind of competitive negotiations with multiple offers, which I suspect will continue as we head into February.
